Our school celebrated Fire Safety Awareness, an event dedicated to teaching students the importance of fire prevention and safety. We were excited to host members of our local fire department, who brought their expertise and enthusiasm to share with our students.
Students had the incredible opportunity to see the fire truck up close and explore the essential equipment firefighters use daily. The firefighters talked about the importance of fire alarms and what to do when they go off, emphasizing the need for having a fire escape plan at home. The interactive nature of the demonstrations kept everyone engaged and made the learning experience memorable.
