Comp PlanThe Ohio Auditor of State's Performance Audit recommended that the District develop a clear, multi-year plan to provide vision and direction for its board and employees. In response, the District committed to formalizing its process and creating a more comprehensive strategic plan to better communicate with both the community and its employees.
As part of this formalized strategic planning effort, the District recognized the importance of gathering input from diverse stakeholders across the public and private sectors. The draft district plan will be available for review and feedback from Monday, September 16, through Friday, September 20.
